NU.F.O. vs. Skrillex & Deadmau5

NU.F.O. just recorded a monster vocal remix of Skrillex’s Cat Rats and think it’s the perfect time to release it- 1 day before the release of their new E.P. Following the release of their debut album, they started working on a mixtape and this track is the 2nd release from it. The first is a vocal remix of Deadmau5′ Strobe, which can also be found below. These guys are putting a new spin on some eclectic and heavy electro and house beats.

Be sure to check out more releases and news at NUFOBoston.com, including their 10 track debut album.

DEADMAU5 – Lost In Space (Feed Me Remix)

DEADMAU5 – Raise Your Weapon (Lee Osbourne Remix)

PENDULUM – Watercolour (Deadmau5 Remix / Original Mix)

The Australian superpower as Pendulum, perpendicular their sounds onto Aerial Noise quarters and remind us once more of how devastating and tremendous a blank canvas can first seem, before, and after the right amount of watercolours are used.

Watercolour,’ in its never out-burned light, flickers on with a devilishly reinterpretation by Deadmau5 and wonders into the longevity chapters as a two for two, twin magic rendition.

Perfect melodies!

SPACE, IBIZA Opening Fiesta 2011

If you haven’t booked your tickets for Ibiza this year, then start hunting around for any cheap or immediate flights – pronto Aerials! (As I’m sure that the seats and prices will eventually rise on upwards or vanish, if not done so already.)

As well as the regular clubbing haunts like Amnesia, Privilege, Pacha, Es Paradis and Eden to venture onwards to, then no doubt Space in Ibiza will be getting geared up for one heck of an opening AND closing party. Roll on the 2011 Ibiza season!

Space Opening Fiesta 2011 @ Space, Ibiza starts on the 29th May 2011 from 16:30 to 06:00 featuring Carl Cox, John Digweed, Yousef, Steve Lawler, Cristian Varela and Technasia – with many more brilliant acts to be added…

DEADMAU5 – HR 8938 Cephei (Original Mix) [Mau5trap]

It’s always good to write about Deadmau5 because he is just so damn good! So whether he’s selling out UK Earls Court performance dates, getting ready for monumental Victoria Park events or headlining an MTV Music Video Award ceremony as their whole-f’n-show in-house DJ.. the great one known as Joel Zimmerman moves swiftly on to climb the echelons of dance music iconic culture forever.

U Wait For Ages And Then Four SONARIS Buses Come At Once!

Unlike a finger count of folk who put their visual and behind-like mouths in motion before their brain engine actually starts up, Sonaris provides us with some FREE material courtesy of the pioneer brand known as Soundcloud and teaches us a lesson in the real art of management, craft and humility.

Causing up a storm with their version on Radio Jesus’s ‘Everybody Knows,’ delighting the mind with a latin induced track called ‘La Sonrisa’ and their own outstanding edit of Deadmau5’s ‘Brazil,’ Sonaris hops on effortlessly into a world of eclectic measures, legendary motorcycle helmet wearing beats and even more pleasures for the mere mind and dancing-feet to boggle at.

Thrilling – in this new discovery, there is certainly no daily afternoon randomness going on here.

UPPERMOST – Rok Sox (Original Mix) [Bazooka]

Well it seems that Jordan’s (Katie Price) “new man” hasn’t seen her ex-boyfriend/ex husband Curriculum Vitae yet, so I wish them all the best and deep rooted luck for a successful, happy relationship for the future… {{Yeah right! – Haha Haha Haha!}}

On a more serious note though.. Uppermost knows how to handle things in life with ‘Rok Sox’ and puts on his best tuxedo to suit up, n’ boot in, a highly terrific tune right the way through. This one rocks the house, the bathroom and the entire kitchen sink! So let’s hold those “lets rock” hand signals up together!! (And no dancing on the kitchen work surfaces either!)

UPPERMOST – Rok Sox (Original Mix)

MELLEEFRESH vs. DEADMAU5 – Attention Whore (Phil Chanel Mix) [Play Records]

Delivering as much stimulating fury as one of The Rock’s WWE Monday Night Raw speeches (who’s recently returned back to the squared circle to host this year’s Wrestlemania XXVII by the way), Phil Chanel doesn’t matter too likely if you don’t understand the real, behind-the-scenes framework of how his intelligent beats came about, nor does he hold a purist attitude to way he might get missed after having two people that were behind him in a queue, getting served before him whilst he was waiting anxiously in line at his local KFC restaurant.

To him, insignificant matters like that in life are a bit like trying to work out “What came first? The chicken or the egg..?” and what really does matter, is the fact that Phil’s creative productions and acknowledgements have not alienated himself away from seeing what he only wants to see nor by believing his longevity as an artist limits his craft to what month of the year its released in or what contractual paper he’s signed recently.

Melleefresh throws her delectable aural tones over Deadmau5’s programming which chirps a lesser than comprehended oxymoron approval and holds bags more prudence across all sorts of Mackie and Pioneer treble frequencies. Not only does ‘Attention Whore’ speak for itself, but it ultimately plays well at night whilst trying to behave itself verbally in the mornings too.

Adopting a zero tolerance cloak-n’-dagger grandeur policy, which doesn’t paint ones sound into a fly-by-night, over analytical & out of context used Jabroni product, then Phil Chanel’s remix of ‘Attention Whore’ sits very unmovable on all of our CDJs.

A brilliant remix, for non dismissive, and pro-conscientious music-partying minds.

We love each and every one of you Aerial Noisers out there (and that includes “The Haters” and obscenity aficionados too), so for those long standing fans and those who’ve recently “facebook liked us..” in gracious compliments below are two more Deadmau5 jumpy treats and one more additional tuneage delight from Mr. Feed Me himself, which puts him onto all sorts of checklists without “Da Man” saying: “Present,” “I Was Here First!” or “Yes Sir!!!

Enjoy ‘Noisers.. n’ Layeth the audio-smackdown on allllllllll your stereos and MP3 SOUND-Systems !!!!

We continue…

BONUS!!

JORGENSEN vs. BSOD – I Don’t Care (Deadmau5 Remix)

HOUSE OF PAIN – Jump Around (Deadmau5 Remix)

FEED ME – White Spirit (Original Mix)

FEED ME – Green Bottle (Original Mix)

Drum roll please… First, the world brought us Mr. Deadmau5.. (and not mentioned in the context of when Feed Me got signed, purists!!) THEN Mr. Skrillex.. and NOW we have, Mr. Feed Me… This guy fills up the bass & euphoria bins so bad that you would demand that your ears have sound insolation installed as an interior, with a table side CDJ2000 player on constant re-loop!

Feed Me has produced under a few aliases via some credible Drum & Bass/Breaks labels in the years gone by, so to produce a record of this different calibre is certainly following in the same footsteps of Noisia et co. Forward thinking EDM right here!

FEED ME – Green Bottle (Original Mix)

Deadmau5 + Stealth Mode

Stealth Mode has taken a completely different approach to Deadmau5′s track Sofi Needs A Ladder. There is a dreamy chord breakdown with a bunch of high pressured drops throughout.

The Electro/Progressive DJ from Vancouver, BC is releasing tracks via his myspace page. Check those out for more. As a bonus find his previous release included below, entitled To The End.

Deadmau5 Collection

Joel Thomas Zimmerman, aka Deadmau5, recently embarked on his third production entitled 4×4=12. It is a compilation that includes some notable tracks which have already been pre-released via blogs, packages, and an assortment of other media forms; songs like Raise Your Weapon and Cthulu Sleeps. The album is full of dance tracks and uplifting beats that should have the typical Mau5head going crazy for it. Joel has moved from a typical house DJ to a mainstream god who has perfected his own unique ability within the electronic musical genre.

Standing alone on the top of the musical mountain Deadmau5 has taken a bit of a different direction from the new album, especially through adding the talented vocalist Neon Hitch in I Can’t Behave Myself. In the past NH provided backing vocals for Ke$ha and been featured in a Benny Blanco remix of Miike Snow’s Burial.

Get the album off itunes today.

Deadmau5 Feat. Neon Hitch – I Can’t Behave Myself (unapproved mix)

Deadmau5 Feat. Greta Svabo Bech – Raise Your Weapon

Deadmau5 – Animal Hands (Waka Flocka X Deadmau5)

Deadmau5 vs. Mike Posner – Please Don’t Go (DOVSEC Mashup)

Mochi Beats – Ghosts N Weekends (Deadmau5 VS. Kid Sister VS. Nina Sky)

From Deadmau5 regarding the Neon Hitch track:

“ive been hearing alot about this Neon Hitch track… so i looked into it… holy shit. what do you know… its actually Seeya Next Tuesday.

now ask me if i ever asked them to write / “sing” on it….

yeah… no.  i didnt.

in fact, ill do you one better… a few months back we had this guy working with my management company… and i gave him a shitload of old tracks just to send out to writers and whatnot… and seek out possible collabs with other artists.. you know… basically keeping it internal… and just putting feelers out to see if i could vibe off anything.. and part of those MP3s i sent out, was my old (vocal-less) Seeya Next Tuesday….  so, someone obviously over at their camp, or EMI’s camp obviously felt liberal enough to say to Neon Hitch “HELL FUCK YEAH, WRITE A FUCKING WICKED CHEESY POPPY VOCAL TRACK OVER THIS.. WHO GIVES A FUCK WHAT THAT DEADMAU5 GUY SAYS.”‘

August 2010 Recap

Kaskade + Dragonette

A little while ago Martina of Dragonette accompanied Kaskade with a new video to the track Fire In Your New Shoes. As far as I know it released around the end of July, you can check it out above. If you really like it purchase it on itunes, click here for that. I’m really digging the new flare Kaskade seems to have. Waves of Change hooked me and I haven’t let go since.

For more info check out Kaskade’s at kaskademusic.com.

As an added bonus here’s a little collab with Deadmau5.
