Rambla Boys have been producing since ’07 and in that time they have really honed a vibrant mix of funk + heaven. They went from spending the 90s playing football from dawn to dusk, the 00′s being wasted on the Venician lagoon and then made this little EP in the 10′s.
Valderrambla is a freak tribute to a freak curly blond Colombian playmaker, light-hearted just like their childhood used to be.
What you can expect on the album:
Moranzani is refreshing as a cool shower taken just after burning your skin under the sun. Cocomero tastes like italian summer: deep, sweet and always too short. Valderrambla remixes are powered by their pals Scuola Furano and Ashton Edit, the first being smooth with his filthy bass and hypnotizing groove just like he can while the second goes down smartly with BPM just like a guy from Down Under can do.
I’m sure all our fans will enjoy. Check it out and get yourself a copy.
The luscious enhancement and appetizing accentuation of a production seem to illuminate more brightly when it’s being played at certain times of night; as well as during various points of the day too.
Ol’ Stevey-boy-Mill is most certainly all-man, and gliding along like a couple of nicely dressed skating duo’s on a sea bed of frozen ice, are three natural flavours to get all sorts of dessert flavoured fans and their dancing spoons & mouths watering.
‘Gliders’ and ‘The Streets’ have a typical back room & “setting the pace” fashion to them, but a noteworthy hallmark notice has to be put on call for the title track of the same name, ‘You Really Know.’
Carefully structured with floating, swinging keys and a haunting looped vocal sprinkled over the top – in parts; ‘You Really Know’ steps up to the table as a hip swaying, it’s time to get our feet to the dance floor number – for many, many creative months to come. Beautifully made, Steve Mill’s most recent EP does the epic respectful trick on full housey-tilt.
Fotoshop released its’ first tracks on myspace on spring 2009, Accidents EP in 2010, and its’ debut album Lifeforms in November 2011.
Led by blogsphere singles “Too Little, Too Late”, “Speed vs. Distance” and “Becoming Zen”, Lifeforms gained top reviews, critical acclaim and was noted in many indie media as one of the best albums of 2011.
Through sound and music, Fotoshop paints a unique yet nostalgic picture, often compared to Mew, Slowdive, M83, Washed Out, Sigur Ros, among other dreamwave, electro pop, shoegaze, indie and chillwave groups.
Here is the newest release out of Helsink, Finland- “Worries”.
From the people who brought you Suede Ape, comes Modus Pony, the new instrumental solo project from Matt Ackerman. The self titled, debut album is a collection of experimental ideas, born during countless hours of bedroom daydreaming, presented and served to you as a traditional collection of typically succinct pop-songs. The album is a buffet of bite sized, experimental pieces that can be listened to casually, or examined and picked apart meticulously as an extended piece of audio-art. The album is currently available via bandcamp, with two free tracks available for download if you’re looking for something odd yet catchy, while cerebral in a “I-see-what-he-did-there” kind of way….
On the 4th of October, Ralph Myerz is back with his brand new album Outrun (Muzik4LateNiteRidez) on Klik Records.
The single “Something New” features the wonderful, amazing legend that is Diana Ross, together with chanteuses the Supremes.
Remixes comes from the Norwegian allstar-team of Proviant Audio’s Mathias, Leca, Norwegian house legend Doc L Junior and Ciscoe in his The Treatment disguise, his remix already embraced by Dimitri From Paris. Only non-Norwegian on board is the fantastic Napoleon, the new project from Simon Mills, one half of supergroup Bent.
Check out The Treatments take on “Something New” here:
It’s Saturday night and you go to bed at 11 pm. You set your alarm clock for 5 am in the morning. You wake up, have a couple beers for breakfast, and then you’re ready for the floor. You arrive at Bergain, Panorama bar, Berlin at 6 am. Most likely you show up to find Johanna Knutsson at the DJ booth. Johanna is the latest star on the more mellow techno scene within Berlin- the scene that peaks at 7 am when the party starts over again.
This is the latest single from This Is Head, now in one exclusive remix. We’re proud to present De Trop (Johanna Knutsson Cosmic Support Remix).

Mirror People’s new Reaction 12″ is out now! The release marks a turning point in electronic ambient beats from Portugal’s own Rui Maia. With delicious breaks, soothing dips, and classical piano interludes, Maia rediscovers a bit of his own musical past while recreating a brand new contemporary selection in the process. The album is released courtesy of Hands of Time Records.
Having already made his point in several remixes (one being the devastatingly good mix of Neon Indian – find it here), Mirror People are making themselves a force in the industry with their own unique originals. Catch much, much more online at mirrorpeople.net.
Space Ranger is releasing a new remix album this May based all around the spectacular track Nightmoves! Due to be released on Lovemonk Records, Space Ranger collaborative sound is second to none. The German trio all have a wide experience in various types of genres by previously working under a series of aliases. But now all three have settled down and focused on space-odyssey electric vibes. This new REMIXES EP will be a continuation of that process.
Another work in the process is their forthcoming debut album What About The Magnetic Fields? We caught a glimpse of it through the new single Plastic Romans (released this June 13th) and simply love it. Complete with remix treatment from Motor City Drum Ensemble, on fire after his sensational DJ Kicks contribution, new British sensation Bonar Bradberry, the amazing Rimshooters and even the one and only Marcus Worgull will lend a hand.
Bonar Bradberry throws some beef on the barbie and turns the slo-mo disco original into an ultra-funky dancefloor stormer, while the fabulous Rimshooters (a.k.a. Massimiliano Pagliara and Rotciv) pick up the pace and take things back to the eighties. Motorcity Drum Ensemble also shift up and undress the tune while they’re at it, leaving Captn K sounding even chillier. Groove Attack & Innervisions hero Marcus Worgull liked the MCDE remix so much, he decided to do his own edit of it.

The three members of the band have been producing music and spinning records for a while now. They started their DJ career in late 80s/ early 90s and they are strongly influenced by the deep club sound of these days. Combining sophisticated production skills, a huge range of analogue equipment and a long term experience of what’s working on dance floors around the world they know how to move the crowds. By accessing to samples taken from a huge collection of oldschool dance, disco and soul records they are creating the distinctive and unique house and disco sound of today. Knowledge is power and Space Ranger is a powerful fresh force addressed to the discerning dancefloors everywhere.
Part Two of Mighty Mouse’s Mixtape ‘Remixes Edits and Originals’ has just landed Aerials! And from first glance of their tracklisting then this May’s Mousecast 04 sets up to be one of their finest showcases yet. Initial listens tell me that there are some beautiful surprises to savour, so with a delightful euphoric opening that transcends into a sublime bit of audio wizardary.. a’la zero-pots-n-pans DJ mixing.. then the merry month of May 2011 is shaping up to be a cracker for M.M!
To make things even more exciting for Mighty Mouse, ‘Between The Pavement And The Stars’ is their first track to be released in 2011 from their new concept as a live band, and with a brilliant selection of remixes forthcoming from Cosmonauts, Edwin Van Cleef, Blamma! Blamma!, Tronik Youth and Mario Basanov, ‘Between The Pavement And The Stars’ is setting up to be a very well rounded release.
In the meantime, ‘Between The Pavement And The Stars’ provides us with an outlook into their new found style as a live band, and as the track in question floats off into a radio friendly grace with sprinkles of rolling drum riffs and aromas of studio-album Basement Jaxx sprinkles, the sharply squeezed keys and electronica stabs will become all too familiar after the third or fourth listen. Guaranteed.
Not to outdo the true art of surprise, there will also be even more tricks up Mighty Mouse’s sleeves for later on this year and an EP of theirs will drop vigorously in July 2011 too.
If you’re in the UK and you want to catch M.M. live, then they will be performing @ 93ft East in London on Friday 13th May 2011.
When the cat’s away the Mighty Mouse’s will sure indeed play…
+ don’t forget.. just like always, all Mousecast’s are available to download for free.

With a range of textural and moody sounds to beat, this unfound concept from out of Seattle in the United States is best consumed via headphones and a willingness to drift. Failing that precedence, a period of time within a day where you can let this coast on by without any high-octane troubles or overly-stupidly high BPM beats.
Strikingly crafted with a screenplay quality to it, “TransIterate” gradually begins to put all of your plights away whilst equally putting its concept up there amongst the elite and up n’ coming best.
Brian Ackley brings his YellowLine Music concept to fruition in 2011, and gives Aerial Noise and all of our readers an insight into his own personal brand of ambient and electronic-rock. Thirst quenching in every last drop, this 10 track debut album releases odes and nods to his favourite heroes in Future Sound Of London, Kinski and Curve. Here are a few YellowLine Music samples to savour…
Good ol’ Fenech Soler is back at it again. This time with a disgustingly good classic and brilliant track entitled Stone Bridge. The guys sent it over as their newest freebie and I couldn’t be happier. Wow, what a track.
I honestly don’t know what else to say. It’s fantastic. You should buy their music through the link below!

Double the sentiment, double your pleasure, double your fun!
With an aim to make bass heavy dubstep/glitch-hop music that’ll get you dancing (and is not the same old, 3 note transformer-step..), USCS’s History major Christian Bauhofer aka Minnesota takes a bite out of the glorious peaches of Santa Cruz, California and crafts a dual wonderment of Stella Artois refined beverages, with a side order of other miniatures and lagers just incase you don’t like those big n’ chunky Artois’s that are on offer here …
With that said, Minnesota’s re-take of SVD’s XX Booty Mix of ‘Intro,’ originally done by The XX, perfectly enhances Sander Van Doorn’s own inspiration and gives The XX even more creative turns on the dancefloor for future months of longevity. ‘Juicy’ retains that same element also and smashes home The Notorious B.I.G.’s unique skills for all underground and less discerning dancefloors worldwide.
Everett James from 735 Music sends us through a very abstract sounding analogue track which immediately wouldn’t trouble the high end speakers of an old skool Massive Attack party. Featuring the slight delicate whispers of an MC getting warmed up for his next freestyle, ‘Peace’ dips and bobs its head in a dream like state and makes an even more powerful delivery with its constant poignant drums and its fantasy-inspired phasers.
“Peace” as it is here, is another example of how splendid a track can sound like without too many vocal parts added to it.
A simple, but subtle melody bounces its way across the Aerialnoise Inbox and by-jove it stands adrift like an array of brightly coloured Springtime flowers on a hot Saturday morning.
‘So Bad’ was TalkFine’s loud n’ proud previous, however its ‘Glasses’ which go down a soulful and mellow route, but not without adding an electrified unique kick to put it onto a path of a few-things-a’TalkFine different.
