This is one of those timeless-bound and reminiscently made EPs that takes you instantly back to the era of when Erick Morillo, Tuff Jam, Jose Nunez and Harry “Choo Choo” Romero were absolutely dominant across the house / garage scenes collectively.

Pulling in the wobbly bass rolls, and those drops that come in for a sec then drop out for a piano-flicks-minute, the addictive bubbly bass line on ‘Shake That’ evens out those mystical quests that would leave many wizards and witches spellbound by this single.

‘Been Thru The House’ is a stringy, sweeping affair.. shying away from any brunettes or blondes that might coax your eye away from the prize – while ‘I Need You’ concludes that going back to basics in masterminding the root cause in what made UK Garage / US Garage than damn original.. is ironically the same inspired drive which DNA-Mutated it into the genre we now know as Dubstep.

Let’s give one up for the Dutch born but London’s raised Issac Christopher - who’s just brought the ball back into play.

Issac Christopher’s “Shake That EP” is available to buy from Traxsource now.
