U2 – Get On Your Boots (Justice Remix)

Exhilarating, hand clapping, enchanted and euphoric.. it sure has to be Justice on those famous wheels of steel creating that Akai & Korg unyielding output.

Ambitiously moulded, this remix for U2 included on their 2009 ‘Magnificent’ single release – refuses to date. But instead paradigm shifts its reach into the next year and thereafter.

Vintage, timeless beats.. for Justice seeking fans!

JESSIE J – Domino (Bo Cendars Instrumental Remix)

Thee ol’ lassie from Chadwell Heath, London, UK has never sounded finer through this clever and unique bootleg medium. But once she’s been put through a Bo Cendars grinder and finished off with an expert Dutch sparkle, then; and only then; can this be squeezed out and welcomed with some seed less drip & pip free clarity.

Stripping back the highly mainstream vocal of Double J’s talent and leaving a crisp, rock-solid instrumental, our minds wonders into a mutated world that inhabits sprinkles of heavy metal drums, the ol’ wild west and more slasher type electro-drums topped off with big room, loved up-magic.

This gets a straight forward, five-card draw salute!

JONATHAN MEYER – Many Things EP [Madhouse Records]

Dangerously built for the night time from beginning to end, ‘Welcome Mr Fuzz’ & ‘Toms Over’ from Jonathan Meyer’s six track EP on Madhouse contains one half of pleasing highlights for majorly tight saxophone and pro-jazz excitement, and for the other half; calls in the master for all things vintage, classic and house.

Mr Kerri Chandler steps up to the plate remixing Jonathan’s ‘Toms Over’ and uses his dexterity to create a heavy kick drum led build with 2119 futuristic pads and 2120 cherry-chord patterns. Brought together with clear epic brightness, it’s as if it was created within the Almighty’s confine of enormous creativity itself.

A simple effective beat, which powers an enjoyable tense groove.

MoXiiE – Dancing In Dirt

Moxiie releases Jungle Pop, her debut EP which boasts an infectious, dizzying style and a fresh perspective. It fuses everything that ever made you lose your mind on a dance floor. Packed with chants, hints of electro, dub-step, pop and world music, Moxiie takes listeners on the roller coaster ride that is her mind. Ravers, club kids, and pop music lovers alike find themselves in the sounds of Jungle Pop.

A true individual, Moxiie decided to veer off the beaten path of “up and coming songwriter”.

“I did the whole writer thing, hitting tons of studios in L.A. and New York working with so many producers. I got bored with all the cliques and politics. Being one of hundreds of writers vying for a slot on someone else’s project, it felt wrong. It just hit me one day: I have a lot to say…I can write, sing and dance! What the hell am I doing?!”

Jungle Pop features tracks from multi-platinum/award winning producer Fredro (Wondergirls), Reo (Lil’ Wayne), Jay Deasel (Miranda Lambert), The SupaSonics and Chi Salaam.

GOTYE – Somebody That I Used To Know (dBerrie / Ne!tan Bootleg Mixes)

Heaven on a 12 inch vinyl slab, or likewise.. a crisp five minute and fifty eight second Wav file with no physical inlay to hold, Gotye’s ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’ is redefining the industry term “dedication” and “sitting high in the UK national charts” to a whole new level currently.

Having quickly discovered the art of making exciting and fruitful sounds through record sampling, various instruments and recording hardware amongst his homeland of Australia, Gotye has blossomed more as a stable and renowned artist through the great land of Oz since 2003 and all via his first three albums entitled “Boardface,” “Like Drawing Blood” and “Mixed Blood.”

“Making Mirrors” which is his fourth studio album from 2011 ends up solidifying an approach of heart-based, tedious sampling – which continually blossoms into a bountiful result that harnesses and supports one of his biggest and most liked singles floating about on the world circuit today.

Becoming experienced as a professional drummer always comes in handy when you’re writing and producing your own material, so whether its auto queuing live bass guitar and piano recording samples to enhance ones stage performance even further, you can understand why the next five live dates in his touring schedule are completely sold out.

Destined for greatness and exhibiting a wonderful unique lead vocal to put a real stamp on his straight-to-the-core productions, it’s with wonderful pleasure that these born-veteran producers named dBerrie & Ne!tan can take an above-than-outstanding original and mutate it into something as hugely credible as its Gotye humble beginnings.

‘Somebody That I Used To Know’ is abundantly and profusely awe-inspiring.

Who knows what remix will come next?

ASONA with FAITHLESS, COLDPLAY, CANDI STATON + Blackjack

Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the word subtle as 1. Making use of clever and indirect methods to achieve something; 2. Arranged in an ingenious and elaborate way or 3. Delicately complex and understated.

Here stands an up & coming producer called Asona (emanating from the East Coast of USA) whose finished product exemplifies that unproblematic mindset as an absolute whole. This may well be perfectly amazing.

COLDPLAY – Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall (Asona Bootleg)

MERIDIAN – Mallorca / Breakdown [Paranoiak]

Previously mentioned during the crest of a highly intelligent wave, our fellow Belgian-in-arms Meridian continues exactly from where he left off and channels more un-relentless energy for all big rooms, mid rooms and any other type of room that you can set up in one part soundsystem and one part happy, smiley people.

This is the by-Goddd bomb Meridian … !!

TONY LIONNI – Bijou EP [Madhouse Records]

Returning back to Madhouse Records in a pertinent two way spilt for both Tony Lionni and Aerialnoise.com, Tony Lionni conveys a beautiful dream state of spacey, atmospheric settings for this entire four track EP called “Bijou.” Out now through Traxsource and all the various download portals online, “Bijou EP” is worth the prestigious investment in hunting down collectively.

Enriched with a deep rooted soul and an underlying funky groove, ‘Hypnotize’ as one mere example makes your heart bounce gently and proceeds in nodding your head in a lovely, continued immortal state – in which you really don’t want to hear end.

‘Rumours’ brings out the phasers and the glossy undertones of the chord-heaven Rhodes, so while hugging your bass bins in excitement whilst this track is airing may not be a good look, getting up and off onto your feet to dance would probably be a better option instead.

Heaps of imagination are to be had from all four of these well formed Lionni pearls and will do well in fuelling the many telltale moments of 7am clubland finishes throughout the realms of the longevity.

CHANT OF VICTORY : F*** You I’m Not Famous / We Still Rave The Oldschool Mixtape

Hailing multiple mantras, songs, hymns and all the battle cries that you would typically associate with any discerning dance moving electronic floor, Belgium and France come together to form the epic Hulk-like figure of Chant Of Victory.

Simon Dusausoy and Thomas de Lamarzelle scream as loud as their voices can carry them and mix together not one but two, death defying DJ mixes which have kudos and nostalgia simmering across every aperture.

On their “F*** You I’m Not Famous” mix-outing, illustrations from Skrillex, Deadmau5, Felix Cartal and Chant Of Victory themselves, fill up the canvas in super-quick response whilst “We Still Rave The Oldschool” is a real-life dream of when hardcore music was alive and well, blitzing up multiple raves & events back in the early nineties. DJs Carl Cox & Slipmatt would be so extremely proud.

Stunningly unmatched and unequalled, Chant Of Victory should be a name being heard on everyone’s lips in the forthcoming months to come. And I for one, can’t wait to hear lots and lots more.

Tracklistings and free downloads for both DJ mixes are available through their respective links listed throughout our review above and below.

R. Kelly – Real Talk (Johnny Lawson Remix)

Johnny Lawson is a producer/writer of hip/hop beats and pop songs. As well as producing hip-hop beats and writing songs for artists, Johnny Lawson occasionally releases remixes.  Several months ago, his remix of Mike Posner’s “Save Your Goodbye” spent a few days in the top 5 of Hype Machine’s popular chart.

Today we have a killer remix of Lawson doing his own take to R. Kelly’s “Real Talk”. It’s crazy catchy and right down my alley. Absolutely great track. Thanks JL.

TMS – Keep On The Light feat Jagga & Devlin

It’s been an exciting year for Jagga, after touring with Katy B and signing to Sony, he went to LA to record with Odd Future producer Matt Martian, an experience that has had quite an effect on the artist.

As Jagga was growing up he was influenced by everything from Rage Against the Machine to Wu-Tang Clan. As he got older the influences carried on widening as he discovered Bob Dylan, David Bowie and James Brown, but it’s reggae star Sizzla that Jagga enthuses most about.

You can hear this range of artists in Jagga’s own performances. He has a voice that descends from both the great rock lineage of passionate, all-consuming feeling and the spiritual, reflective traditions of reggae – all channeled through Jagga’s identity as a young 21st century boy. Jagga is determined to carve out his own singular niche in the UK scene – keep a look out for details of his next single.

Rex’D – Welcome To My House Party (Dirtyloud x Meek Mill x Sia x Kid Cudi x Deadmau5)

Scranton, PA DJ/producer, Rek’D, had one goal behind this, his third release: work the popular Meek Mill hit, “House Party,” into his EDM set.

Mixing Dirtyloud’s remix of Felguk’s “Whatever Clever”  and Alex Mind’s remix of Deadmau5′s “Not Exactly” with vocals from Meek, Sia’s “Titanium”, and Kid Cudi’s “Memories”, Rek’D has accomplished just that!

Welcome to my house party, come on in! There’s heavy bass downstairs, an insane drop out back, and a party all around!

DatA – One In A Million [Ekler'O'Shock]

The track that has had a strategic new lease of life breathed into it via a certain French car manufacturer and their TV adverts showing in the United Kingdom recently, ‘One In A Million,’ thumps, gels, and stirs up all sorts of audio-stimulation and hot-funked debauchery onto stereo sound systems worldwide.

Containing remixes from Parisian kings Drixxxé and season veteran Tomboy (aka Gomma). Former Death From Above 1979 member – Sebastien Grainger lends his quintessential vocals over a hefty and watertight-destroyer and solidifies this comeback record into the palms of greatness. You can almost see the haunting ghostly-like angels of Benjamin Diamond + Breakbot with Chromeo and Justice looking down on this one.

GERALDINE HUNT – Can’t Fake The Feeling

Written by Geraldine Hunt and Kathleen Dyson, ‘Can’t Fake The Feeling’ epitomises the example of true electric-funk, goosebumpy under-the-skin soul, rockin’ disco luxury and awesome razor-sharp bass guitar playing.

All wrapped up into one mouth watering and low fat 80’s fajita wrap, this Missouri born winner and future New Power Generation player, oozes 12 inch quality from the very best two songwriters of yesteryear. Golden, golden stuff!
