Just like a finely matured wine that has been left in the confines of a picturesque southern French cellar, this Kitsuné sampler sounds even better than what it once did first time around!
Play Paul start the church bells ringing with a Beataucue-type sound to their production belt and follow it through with the main reason why they’ve called their track, Trumpets of Lust!
Logo halt things periodically with ‘La Vie Moderne’ being very typically French house sounding and particularly on those oh-so-special keys and chords, whilst Beataucue (who seem to be riding high in my ‘well-to-do-list’) seek out and find a clasping, slap-back-sound from the acid house vibe that’s been baptised in electro house water and dried over in a Switch-branded beach towel.
Flexy and ‘out there,’ this Beataucue signifies what real forward thinking EDM is all about.
Finally, our in-house heroes – Two Door Cinema Club – swap addresses with MYD and write them back a time-honoured pen letter in form of a CLASSIC remix which begs Mrs Euphoria and Mr Tribal to come together and say “Yes! Yes! Yes!”
Outstanding sounds from all you Guys!
