If you love AIR then get your aural chops around this four course meal People!
(If you haven’t heard of AIR then how can you be breathing and reading this review when you’re not alive?? Haha!!)
Bad jokes aside, Toro y Moi is flying up the airwaves with some beautiful Original material that has produced some “thumbs up” remixes and not that many “thumbs down” edits to boot either.
Embracing the aura of rock n’ roll’s era gone by and the psychedelic boldness of having a full bodied music band, Toro y Moi surprises this reviewer vastly and orchestrates that whilst having quiet funk with energy can remain danceable and fun, it’s those low to mid BPMs (beats per minutes) with soul and character which help create those dimensions that Arthur C. Clarke always seems to dream about.
