Röyksopp have made a golden like chess move again and have teamed up with the legendary vocalist, Karin Dreijer from Swedish über-group The Knife.
Her voice seems to be like the audio equivalent to a ‘never-stomach-filling’ honey enriched bowl of Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Cornflakes. Or to you and me, its loveable, exciting and when you hear it mega-loud on the dance floor, it just makes you wanna dance some more!
When you look back on the excellence of Röyksopp’s back catalogue of remixes since the year 2000, the quality control speaks for itself. ‘Tricky Tricky‘ follows in suite and manages to instil a progressive greatness out from remixers Days Off, Insinio and True Identity.
Normandie makes it his own with some sensational, alternative dance stabs throughout and SoundSAM takes the tempo down a notch with lots of electro type vibrations which should cater for the brilliant, eclectic, fans out there.
So for a single which looks more like an LP release, there is enough mixes to cater for everybody.
And even more milk left in the jar for your next bowl the following morning!!

There is no better electronica band over here in Europe than Röyksöpp. For a such a long time they are in the business and have always developed their style of music. And as producers they are fantastic as well. Have you ever heard the Track Heartbeat from Annie on her Annimal album.
